Firestone's EPDM geomembrane has been used for decades for the construction of large and small wetlands tanks.
For a perfect waterproofing of these tanks, necessary to avoid percolation in the water table, it is advisable to use these products in addition: the protective felt (or TNT) with a high anti-puncture coefficient to protect the EPDM liner both in contact with the ground than with plants, the anti-root slab, in the internal perimeter to protect from the roots of rhizomatous plants, and the 110-125 mm flages for the inlet and outlet pipes.
